Molto Bello Gems Enterprises – we are back at your service with major renovation MOLTO BELLO GEMS store was started in 1997, was setup by the entrepreneurial initiatives by the proprietor Mr. JAIHIND AGRAWAL to go a step further in servicing their customers who wanted a tailor made end jewelry product rather than just the raw material. Our store has been in the jewelry sector for 27 years and since then it has served thousands of customers, we have more than 100 staff in our store that is expert in their domain and has good experience and is expert in making every type of customer happy with their working style.
What a retail store owner wants is that their customers should always be happy with them and the services they provides and to maintain this happiness, they has to do everything possible and the same we have always tried to give all the services to the customer which we do and whenever a customer visits our store, they get everything they want to buy under one roof but this was not happening with us because whenever a group of customers came to our store, they would get upset and leave early due to lack of space which was becoming a painful situation for us and when this problem started increasing, we thought of getting rid of this problem we bought the land behind us which was 200 yards in size so that when our customers come, they can have a comfortable stay under one roof and purchasing everything what they want to buy from us.
Earlier the size of our store was 100 yards but there was a problem due to less space, then we increased the space and added 200 square yards so now we have 300 yards space which is enough for us and for our customers… After buying the land, we planned to demolish our old store and make everything new and for this we took the help of an experienced architect and he made a map for us according to which we made ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor and forth floor and made complete changes in them. Ground Floor :- Earlier, there was only a showroom on the ground floor where customers used to come but due to lack of space they could not find a place to sit and because to this reason many customers used to sit outside and wait for their turn for purchasing but in the new construction they don't have to do anything like that, they come straight away and can sit comfortably because the space is bigger now. A complete showroom has been built which now has the capacity to handle 150 customers at a time, whereas earlier this capacity was only for 20 to 25 people, which is a big change, apart from this a marble counter has also been made in the middle of the showroom space in which gemstones have been displayed which is a center of attraction and two cabins have been made in which one is made for astrologer for customer’s astrology purpose and one is boss cabin and the most important, we have given four floors in the building and it is natural that it is not possible to come and go by stairs, that is why we have installed a lift for the convenience of the customer so that they can easily go from bottom to top, actually we have built our factory on the second floor, so any customer who is interested in seeing the factory can go to the second floor via the lift.
First Floor :- If we talk about the first floor, there is a showroom there too and its capacity is also 100 to 150 people and it is also the same structure which is on the ground floor but the only change is that we have provided a pantry ( for kitchen ) on the first floor where there is facility for making food and tea through which coffee and tea and foods are served to the customers and for our staff.
Second Floor : As we are a manufacturer, we have allocated space for our manufacturing unit on the second floor where around 50 artisans work and apart from that, right next to the factory, we have provided a space for staff to eat where our workers can eat and besides that, we have provided a cabin and two washrooms. We have completely changed the size of our factory and hired more experienced craftsmen to satisfy all our customers so that we do not tell any customer that this cannot be done, most important thing is we have also increased our stock, where earlier the inventory was 1000 only, now it has increased to lakhs. Apart from the lift, we have also provided stairs so that anyone who wants to go by stairs can go by them.
Third Floor :- If we talk about the third floor, we have given the space there for back office work where more than 30 workers are working, computers have been set up and they all work as the back office of the store and stay connected with the customers and take orders from them. Apart from this, one cabin, one store room and two washrooms have been constructed.
Forth Floor :- This floor for rest area or you can say private space.

Earlier there was nothing like this as we told you, there was just a small space for the store and a small factory, many times a lot of customers would come and we would face a lot of difficulty in providing them better customer service because of space and other facilities so we decided that we will completely change our store so that we can provide better service to our customers and that is why we bought nearby land to get better space and renovated the entire store and started the construction work completed in December 2023 which is ready and now we provide the best service to more and more customers, we have completely changed our store, earlier we used to attend to 20 to 25 customers only, now we can attend to 100 to 150 people simultaneously and solve all their problems.
